Document: Statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam Transmitted to the Arbitral Tribunal in the Proceedings between The Philippines and China (Dec. 2014)

As previously reported, on 5 December 2014, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam sent a statement to the Permanent Court of Arbitration at the Hague stating its position on the proceedings initiated by the Philippines against China, including its opinion on the Tribunal’s jurisdiction over the case.
